The 2020 Riesling Rangen de Thann Clos Saint Urbain offers a fascinating, pure and complex, iodine and smoky nose of crushed volcanic rocks and perfectly ripe Riesling fruits. This nose is mind-blowing in its combination of purity, complexity, finesse and characterizing flintiness. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, very rich and intense, powerful and big but uplifting and fresh Riesling with great complexity, stimulating salinity and very fine mineral tannins. This is the finest Rangen Riesling I have tasted so far from the Clos St Urbain, and a vertical tasting (of any vintages) is long overdue. 13.6% alcohol. Natural cork. 2020年のリースリング　ランゲン・ド・タン　クロ・サンテュルバンは、魅惑的でピュア、複雑で、砕かれた火山岩を思わせるヨードやスモーキーな香りがあり、完熟したリースリングの果実の香りが楽しめる。この香りは純粋さ、複雑さ、フィネス、そして特徴的な火打ち石のような風味を併せ持ち、度肝を抜かれる。口に含むとフルボディで非常にリッチかつ濃厚、力強くスケールも大きいが、高揚感のあるフレッシュなリースリングで偉大な複雑性、刺激的な塩味、非常に繊細なミネラルのタンニンを持っている。これは私がこれまで試飲したクロ・サン・サンテュルバンのランゲン・リースリングの中で最も素晴らしいものだ。
